For those who are tired of being tired
Everything promises better sleep. Which part is yours?
A one-minute quiz finds your kind of night. Then you get the few things that fit it, what to skip, and nothing else.
Free, about a minute. Your result is on the next page.

The pile
You’ve probably tried half of this already
Some of it would help you. Most of it won’t, and from the outside you can’t tell which. A 3am wake after a skipped dinner needs something different from a head that won’t stop at eleven, and a bottle bought for the one does very little for the other.
So we start from your nights, not from the shelf.
How it works
- 1
Take the free quiz
A few taps about your nights: how they go, for how long, what wakes you, what you’ve already tried. About two minutes.
- 2
See your kind of night
Can’t fall asleep, the 3am wake, wired but tired, or never refreshed. The reason in your own words, and two things to try tonight, free. If it’s only occasional, it tells you that you don’t need supplements yet.
- 3
Get your protocol
Only if you want it, and you’ll see the price after your result. Two or three things chosen from your answers, the dose and the hour, what to skip, and where to buy them.
Later, when you’re ready: The Off Switch, the programme for what to change in your days.
Who made this

I’m Lina. I spent two years in hospital, and getting back took another two. Sleep was the first thing to go and the last to return, so I tried everything: melatonin, sleep tinctures, a guided meditation at night, masks, ear plugs, the bedroom at every temperature. I was the person every energy ad was written for.
Some of it was, and nobody could tell me which. That’s what Calmer Club is for. You answer questions about your own nights, you get the few things that fit, and I tell you plainly where to get them and what to skip. No brand pays to be in here.
Doing everything takes your life from you. The point is to enjoy being alive.

Fair questions
Is the quiz free?
Yes. A few taps, then your kind of night and two things for tonight. You only pay if you want the protocol, and you see the price before you decide.
What’s the difference between the protocol and the Off Switch?
The protocol is what to take and what to skip, for your kind of night. The Off Switch is what to change: mornings, food, stress, the room, one experiment at a time. Start with either, and if you buy the protocol first, what you paid counts toward the Off Switch.
Will it tell me to buy supplements?
Only if your answers point there, and then two or three, never a shelf. Some shopping links pay us a small commission; the programme says so where they appear, and you can buy anywhere.
I bought something here before. Where is it?
Still yours, protocol or supplement report. Open “Mine” at the top of this page, enter the email you used, and a sign-in link arrives in a minute.
Free, about a minute.
