Terms of Service

Calmer Club organises the supplements you already take. The free plan, the Personal Routine (€9), and the Clarity Report (€29) are informational documents built from your quiz answers and publicly available information about common supplements. They help you see what you take, when, and why.

Calmer Club is operated by UAB Linarta, a company registered in Lithuania (company code: 303076376, VAT code: LT100007823617, registered office: Juozo Balčikonio g. 3-231, Vilnius, Lithuania). You can reach us any time at hello@calmer.club.

Nothing we produce is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We don't tell you what to take — we organise what you already chose. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement or medication, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medicines.

Paid products are delivered by email as PDFs, usually within minutes of payment. Payment is processed by Stripe under their own terms. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If something goes wrong with a delivery, email hello@calmer.club and we'll fix it or refund you. Clarity Report buyers get one free re-run within six months, as described in their delivery email.

Right of withdrawal (EU). Our reports are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. That is the legal side — in practice, if you are unhappy, email us and we will make it right or refund you.

Your reports are for your personal use. Please don't resell or redistribute them. We may decline service in cases of abuse (for example, repeated fraudulent chargebacks).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for decisions you make based on informational content.
